Welcome to Powercut ai.

Powercut ai is an AI-powered video editing platform that enables users to transform long-form video content into short, social-media-ready clips through automated analysis, transcription, and editing tools.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Powercut ai website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Powercut ai is a browser-based software platform that assists users in:

• Adding captions and formatting clips for social media platforms
• Exporting finished video clips

Powercut ai provides tools that assist with editing, but users remain responsible for the content they upload and distribute.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

By using Powercut ai, you represent and warrant that:

Payments for subscriptions or services are processed through our payment partner Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for transactions.

When you purchase a subscription:

• Your payment will be charged by Paddle.
• Paddle will appear on your billing statement.
• Paddle's terms and privacy policy may also apply to payment transactions.

Subscription plans may be billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually), depending on the plan selected.

You authorize Paddle to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Due to the digital nature of the Service, subscription payments are generally non-refundable.

However, refunds may be issued in limited circumstances at our discretion or where required by law.

Refund requests should be submitted through our support contact.

Users may upload video, audio, text, or other materials ("User Content") to the Service.

You retain ownership of your User Content.

By uploading content, you grant Powercut ai a limited license to:

• And display the content

solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to upload and use the content.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload copyrighted content without permission
• Violate any intellectual property rights
